Returns + Exchanges

 

All sale items are final sale.

As our leather goods are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns at this time.  We are more than happy to provide additional information and photos prior to purchase, to ensure that you are confident in your selection!  Of course we hope you will love your purchase, but if your aren't completely satisfied, exchanges are accepted.  In order to initiate an exchange, we must be notified of your request within 5 days of receipt.  The item(s) must be in pristine condition.  We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if items are not in their original condition.   

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but we will send you a prepaid return label.  Additionally, we will happily ship your exchange at no extra cost.
